Cinnamon Swirl cupcakes
Tonight i made a simple yellow batter cake mixed in with some cinnamon/brown sugar mix, after baking i had a toasty topped cupcake with a cinnamon kick (next time i will add a sugar glaze to the top for a cinnamon roll taste!) Yum!
