31 cupcakes in May: Molten Center Chocolate cupcake

Hello World

   A few days ago I was challenged by my husband to make 31 cupcakes in 31 days.
I've never taken on something like this before, especially being so green and new to the baking world, so I  turned to him with my recipe books and mixing bowls in hand and said, its ON!

Here Goes.

May 1st (Day 1)
Molten Center Chocolate Cupcake
Best served hot out of the oven with a side of Vanilla Ice Cream, Yum
