Triple Mint Chocolate cupcakes
IOkay for this one i started off with some chocolate cake blended with Andes mint chocolate bits, I wanted to top it with milk chocolate frosting, but it turns out that i ran out!! Not to fret, i melted a bowl of Andes mint chocolate bits, then dipped each cup in. I then topped it with Andes bits again, im letting them cool overnight for a nice sweet minty shell, Yum!
Can't have enough Mint!
