Cheese Cake Mix cupcakes
This is it, i made it! 31 cupcakes in 31 days, woot!
My husband and I are leaving tomorrow for New York to visit for his 30th birthday, so I decided to make something he loves and semi-New York themed.
I made a buttery thin graham cracker crust at the bottom of each cup, i then made some home made cheesecake filling from the usual eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, flour. For variety to each cupcake i added caramel, chocolate strawberry and left some plain for kicks!
All in all they turned out great! (my husband sure loves them!) Thank you for visiting on this 31 cupcake journey!
